  • Audience growth and community are highly related.

  • Seth Godin - Tribes. It’s not about drawing your audience to you but about connecting them with each other. Be the centre of the connection.

  • Create the feeling of when you meet someone with the same interests.

  • Create opportunities for a group of people to gather around you. Or go to existing ones and be a part of it.

  • If you build bridges the right way and consistently over time you will learn a lot from it.

  • Curate, internalise and share ideas that bring value to your audience which you will learn from as well. This gives you an advantage in your life.

  • Create something that can generate that value for you as well.

  • If it's not designed to bring value to your users it's not going to work. Got to know who your audience is.

  • Stick to consistent formats and schedules for habit formation in your audience.

  • If there's not a clear way it can provide value to a group of people, there will be a struggle.

  • With an audience around you, it makes selling easier as now you're not selling to people who don't know you.

  • Share super actionable advice.
